A-2, D-2, S-7, 400 S.S. etc…Double Draw - Overnight - Afternoon done by Noon
Triple Draw – 2 day Turnaround done by 8:00 a.m.
Deep Freeze – 2-3 day Turnaround

                                ***times based on standard hardness of 58-62 Rc***

We pride ourselves on overnight turnaround for all Tool Steels, however, low hardness
ranges could take an additional day because of the higher draw needed.

H-13 -                                   2 day turnaround ( 2-3 Draws Standard)

Alloy/Oil Hardening-
Quench & Temper
0-1, 4140, 1045 etc…           Overnight turnaround – Quantity jobs 2-3 days

High Speed Steels
CPM, M-4, M-2 etc…               Processed on Tuesday and Thursday only – Furnace is loaded at Noon
                                                                – Parts with Double Draw overnight delivery by 10:00 a.m.
                                                                 - Parts with Triple Temper typically overnight by 3:00 p.m.

Vacuum Anneal -                Processed as needed
                                          Please call ahead to schedule Vacuum anneal
Vacuum Stress Relieve -    Processed as needed – 1-2 day Turnaround
